What we collect
When you submit the business systems review, Covalyn Systems receives the contact, business, workflow, impact, tool, urgency, and preferred-call details you provide.
Why we use it
We use the information to understand your enquiry, prepare a focused first-call brief, contact you, confirm a call time, and maintain a record of the business conversation.
What we do not do
Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell the information or use it to make automated high-impact decisions.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in Covalyn’s hosted business system and are intended to be accessible only to the company owner and authorized operators. Limited enquiry details may be processed by infrastructure and transactional-email providers solely to operate the form and notify Covalyn. No internet service can promise absolute security, so please do not submit passwords, financial account information, health data, or other highly sensitive material.
Retention and requests
We keep enquiry information only while it is useful for the business relationship, legal obligations, or legitimate record-keeping. You may ask us to correct or delete your enquiry by emailing hello@covalynsystems.com.
